The 2012 WCSS Conference, … And Justice for All, is at the Madison Marriott West.  Set-up will be on Sunday morning, March 18, until 3:15 PM.  Please see the registration form for details.  The exhibit hall grand opening will be at 3:30 on Sunday.  The exhibit hall will be open throughout the conference from 3 pm Sunday to 5:30 pm and Monday from 8:00 to 4.  There will be a dedicated exhibit hall time on Monday at 9:50-10:30 AM. Exhibit hall set-up will be through the Wisconsin Expo.  Exhibitor booths are 8’ x 10’ and include pipe and drape, a sign, an 8’ table, and two chairs.  Additional equipment including tables, carpet, etc. will be provided through WI Expo. Internet and electrical hook-ups are provided for additional cost through the hotel.   Please make your hotel room reservations by calling 608-831-2000 Monday through Friday 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. and requesting WCSS reduced rates.  You may also make your room reservations online at www.marriott.com/msnwe and enter the group code mssmssa near the bottom of the screen for the reduced rate.

Additional opportunities for exhibitors to contribute to the convention are:
            *sponsoring and event; i.e. evening activity
*donating door prizes to be given away in the exhibit hall at the Wine and Cheese Reception *sponsoring one of the speakers
*taking out an ad in the program  
*submit a proposal for a presentation – no additional charge with a paid booth registration
*other?
