Dear Exhibitor,

The 2010 WCSS/IEC Conference, Planning Today’s Student, Tomorrow’s Global Citizen, is at the Madison Marriott West.  Set-up will be on Sunday evening, March 14 and Monday morning, March 15.  Please see the registration form for details.  The exhibit hall grand opening will be at 10 am – 11 am on Monday.  The exhibit hall will be open throughout the conference from 10 am Monday to 4:30 pm and Tuesday from 8:00 to Noon.  Exhibit hall set-up will be through the Wisconsin Expo.  Exhibitor booths are 8’ x 10’ and include pipe and drape, a sign, an 8’ table, and two chairs.  Additional equipment including tables, carpet, etc. will be provided through WI Expo. Internet and electrical hook-ups are provided through the hotel.   Please make your hotel room reservations by calling 608-831-2000 Monday through Friday 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. and requesting WCSS reduced rates.  You may also make your room reservations online at www.marriott.com/msnwe and enter the group code mssmssa, near the bottom of the screen.
Additional opportunities for exhibitors to contribute to the convention are:
*sponsoring and event; i.e. breakfast, evening gathering
*donating door prizes to be given away in the exhibit hall at the Wine and Cheese Reception and on Tuesday before lunch
*sponsoring one of the luncheon speakers
*taking out an ad in the program  
*submit a proposal for a presentation – no additional charge with a paid booth registration
*other?
