Online registering is available now. Click here to register onlline. Payment can now be made with PayPal. Go to PayPal.com and click "Personal." On the personal page, choose to make a "send money online." Submit the correct amount to the email of wcssweb@gmail.com. PayPal questions should be emailed to wcssweb@gmail.com.
